NHS Repeat Prescriptions
At Chesterfield Delivery Pharmacy, we make it simple and convenient to order your NHS repeat prescriptions. By using the official NHS App, you can securely request your medications, view your health records, and nominate our pharmacy for easy collection or home delivery.
Step 1: Download the NHS App
The NHS App is available for both iOS and Android devices:
- Download on the App Store
- Get it on Google Play
Step 2: Sign Up or Log In
Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to create an account or log in. You will need to verify your identity using your NHS number or other personal details.
Step 3: Nominate Chesterfield Delivery Pharmacy
To nominate us as your pharmacy:
- Go to the Prescriptions tab in the app.
- Select “Choose a pharmacy”.
- Search for Chesterfield Delivery Pharmacy and select it as your nominated pharmacy.
Step 4: Order Your Repeat Prescription
Once our pharmacy is nominated, you can request repeat prescriptions in just a few taps. Your GP will review and approve your request, and we’ll prepare your medication for collection or delivery.
